KU High Throughput Screening Laboratory

KU's High Throughput Screening Laboratory strives to provide researchers with the ability to run high throughput chemical, siRNA, and high-content imaging screens.

Resources

About the lab

We work on developing assays and executing screens encompassing all fields of research including cancer, infectious diseases, inflammation, neurological disorders, bioprospection and bioremediation.

Instrumentation

The lab offers liquid handling systems, bulk liquid handlers, multimodal plate readers, high-content imaging platforms and more.

Screening compounds

The Labstore is a large compound storage system for high-volume storage and retrieval of chemical compounds and biological samples in a cold, nitrogen purged environment.

Services

The lab is available for use by academic and private researchers to conduct biochemical and cell-based high throughput screens to discover the effects of small molecules modulating targets of choice.

Contact KU-HTS
